We are currently recruiting for a Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Advisor to support our Infrastructure business. The role will work across both our Highways and Rail businesses ensuring that we work collectively in a safe and responsible manner at all times. The SHE Advisor will provide expertise and advice to the business in developing, formulating and communicating Safety, Health and Environment policies, procedures and standards ensuring that all legislation, directives, procedures and specifications are fully adhered to. The SHE Advisor will also ensure that effective communication channels are maintained for regular SHE updates as well as new and revised policies and procedures, working as a partner to both the internal business and our external stakeholders and customers.
The role will be a mixture of home based working and covering sites across the south of the country.
