The Opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Co-ordinator to join our Property Services team to support our contract with Slough Borough Council.  The purpose of the role is to plan, execute and co-ordinate a variety of different project works across the Small Works and Aids & Adaptations department.  You will work closely with both the Site Manager and Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and delivery journey of the two work streams.  This is a key role and will play a vital part in the successful delivery of the team's operations.

 

What are we looking for?

We are keen to speak to candidates with a background in either social housing or repairs with business support or administration experience.  It would also be ideal if you have some previous planning or scheduling experience. You will need to be exceptionally organised with the ability to multi-task and manage your own workload effectively.  You will also have first class communication, customer service and IT skills.
