We are currently seeking a Planning Manager to join our property services team supporting our contract with Dacorum Borough Council. This is a key role in the business and you will be responsible for leading a team of Planners who plan the day to day maintenance activities for the business. You will effectively schedule and coordinate the maintenance work in line with the client requirements, create appropriate maintenance plans and facilitate the appropriate delivery. You will build effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and take the lead on chairing local scheduling meetings.
This role will be based in our Hemel Hempstead office working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
What are we looking for?
It is vital that you have previous extensive planning or scheduling experience within the housing or repairs sector and also have previous experience leading a successful team. You must be comfortable reaching and exceeding regular KPI's and ensuring your team perform to their maximum potential. You must also be highly IT literate and have the ability to multitask as this will be a busy yet rewarding role.
