We are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join our London Construction team. The Senior Site Manager will report into a Senior Contracts Manager and be directly responsible for the delivery of a project within the Westminster area of London. The Senior Site Manager will be responsible for managing all site management functions for the project, from site health & safety, ensuring that the programme stays on schedule and to design, to oversight of supply chain partners leading to the creation of a quality build which meets the customer requirements and achieves our commercial goals.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who has experience of being the lead on projects of value between £5m and £10m. You will have a full understanding of the construction process and have effective planning, design and commercial skills. You will be able to demonstrate a focus on quality, and have an open and clear communication style, being able to get the best out of the site teams whilst also acting in an honest and professional manner when dealing with the customer. You will also be willing to listen to new ideas so we are able to develop and improve as a business.
