Innovare Systems are a specialist Structured Insulated Panel (SIP) solutions provider. We are the only business in the UK to design, engineer, manufacture, deliver and install their own system, We are based up in Coventry where we have our Head Office and our manufacturing facility. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our innovative offsite, modular construction business, Innovaré. This is a customer facing, field based role.
You will identify new business and develop relationships with target customers to maximise all opportunities with the portfolio of Innovaré products. You will have the ability to understand the client’s current needs and be able to introduce new products and systems to compel customers to work with Innovaré. You will keep in regular contact with your customer base using the CRM system and customer plans so that progress can be maintained and monitored.
What are we looking for?
We are keen to speak to candidates with a proven track record of success in business development, within the modular homes and off site construction industries. You will have the ability to build credible, long term and sustainable relationships combined with confident communication skills. You will have the tenacity to succeed and overcome setbacks, be comfortable working in a target driven environment and have the ability to work collaboratively with other internal teams to ensure we are working to achieve our strategic objectives.
