The Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our Property Services business to support the Slough Borough Council contract.  You will manage all site activities in a safe and profitable manner, ensuring health and safety and compliance is always adhered to.  You will oversee a wide variety of works including, but not limited to, kitchens and bathrooms, roofing works, building projects, refurbishments projects, garage demolitions works, fire risk assessments and remedial works and asbestos surveying and remedial works.
 
You will be working 40 hours a week and covering sites across the Slough area.
 
What are we looking for?
We are keen to speak to candidates who have had previous experience managing a variety of projects at any one time, alongside experience in managing a variety of trades and sub-contractors.  You will have a recognised building or trade qualification.  It would be ideal if you have experience of demolition sites, planned maintenance and fire assessment surveying and remedial works, asbestos surveying and remedial works.  You will have excellent communication skills and you will be representing Osborne.
