Due to growth of the Highways business, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager who will oversee the delivery of a programme of works in the North West and North East of the country. The role will initially be based out of Warrington and will take operational leadership for these schemes, working with the client and our internal delivery teams, along with any external delivery partners, ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time and to quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will also be involved in pre-delivery activities helping to plan the successful delivery of the schemes.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has significant experience of delivering road schemes with knowledge of Highways England processes and ways of working. You will be focussed in your approach so that we achieve success at all times, whilst ensuring that we work in a respectful and collaborative manner at all times, understanding our need to deliver with minimum disruption to the communities in the areas in which we work. You will be an excellent communicator, and be able to bring the best out of direct and indirect delivery teams through your enthusiasm and willingness to listen and support.
