The Opportunity

 

To support the Osborne Infrastructure business (OIL), we are currently recruiting for a Safety, Health, Environment and Assurance (SHEA) Coordinator. The role will report into the OIL SHE Director and be responsible for providing specialist SHEA administration support to the OIL SHEA Team. Other key responsibilities of the role will be  to assist the business in the implementation of SHEA policy and procedures and to ensure that it remains compliant with all SHEA statutory requirements, accredited processes and procedures, and contract specific requirements. The SHEA Coordinator will also help develop and support an organisational culture that embodies the values of the OIL business and act as a role model at all times.

 
What are we looking for?

 

We are looking for an experienced Coordinator who has a good broad understanding of business Safety, Health, Environment and Assurance. You will have excellent administration and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both with internal stakeholders but also with external bodies and organisations. You will be fully conversant with MS Office and be able to manipulate data and information to generate clear reporting. You will be happy working in a team environment, but also the have self drive and initiative to manage your own workload, prioritising so tasks are completed and deadlines always met.
