The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Engagement team in a newly created role to support our Property Services business.  The will be a varied role where you will be supporting on social value, customer experience and employee engagement.  You will spend time travelling to our branches, including Slough, Hemel Hempstead, Winchester and Littlehampton, ensuring the work is consistent and with a positive outcome.  You will work proactively with each team and be an approachable member of the Engagement Team where colleagues feel confident to share customer experiences and feedback on engagement.  


What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid administration background with a proactive, flexible and organised nature.  You will be a strong and confident communicator as building relationships both internally and externally is a key part of this role.  As you will be travelling to our various sites it is essential that you hold a driving licence and are flexible to travel approximately 2 to 3 days per week.
