The Opportunity

 

To support the new standalone Osborne Infrastructure business we are currently recruiting for a Head of Learning and Performance. The role will develop and deliver the Learning and Performance strategy, enabling individuals to maximise their potential and the business to grow as a learning organisation. The Head of Learning and Performance will help create a Learning environment that enhances individual and collective performance and strives for continuous improvement whilst supports the People Director with the on-going development of the People Strategy aligned to the needs of Osborne Infrastructure business.

 
What are we looking for?

 

We are looking for a Learning professional who has deep functional expertise with the ability to operate both at a strategic level and operationally where required. You will have coaching and mentoring experience, ideally with a related qualification and be able to design and develop programmes to support learning, leadership performance and organisational development at varying levels. You will be commercially focused and able to set and manage budgets with knowledge of Organisational Design and learning theories to support business change, learning, development, and engagement and have an expertise in learning and performance platforms and digital learning. You will be able to manage 3rd party supplier selection and manage these external provider relationships ensuring that they meet our needs and provide value back into the business. You will be an excellent communicator and work well with senior management teams in facilitating the delivery of both the overall business strategy and the accompanying Learning and People Strategy.
