We are currently seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Property Services business, supporting our contract with Slough Borough Council. You will have responsibility for the financial control and profitability of allocated contracts and work packages, including the monitoring and collation of all associated costs. You will promote and follow good project governance through the policies and procedures laid out by the Osborne group and Osborne Property Services Limited (OPSL) You will work closely to team targets and the OPSL business plan.
What are we looking for?
We are keen to speak to candidates with some prior experience in a Quantity Surveying role. You will have the ability to use NHF Schedule 6 and it would also be an advantage if you have had previous experience using Dynamics 365. You will be highly IT literate with excellent Excel and data interrogation skills.
