The Opportunity

 

To support our continued focus on building and developing talent across our Infrastructure business, we are currently recruiting for 3 Graduate Engineers. The Graduate Engineers will be based in our Rail business and specifically on our One Team Wessex framework with opportunities for roles both on site with our operational delivery teams and hybrid working in our Pre-Construction team, plus wider supporting functions such as Temporary Works, Estimating and Planning.

 

What are we looking for?

 

We are looking for graduates across all degree backgrounds  but with preference for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & Electrical or Construction Management degrees. You will have had some form of industry experience and be looking to join a company who you want to grow and develop with. You will be passionate about wanting to make a difference and understand the importance of listening and learning to gain depth to your knowledge. Culture and values are really important to us, so you must also understand how to support our success in the right way, by being respectful to each other, our delivery partners and our customers.
