We have an exciting opportunity to join our established Property Services division and support our Dacorum Borough Council contract. You will be based in or around the Hemel Hempstead area as a Resident Liaison Officer. The Resident Liaison Offer will be the champion for the customer, supporting each one through the works delivered on their property from the planning stage right through to completion. You'll be the key point of contact and escalation for the residents and liaise with the site teams and supply chain to ensure each project has a successful outcome.
What are we looking for?
We are keen to speak to candidates with previous experience of resident/customer liaison within the property services sector, who have first class communication and customer service skills and are able to assist residents whilst showing empathy. You will also have excellent organisational and planning skills and be able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, whilst upholding the highest of customer service standards.
