Innovare Systems are a specialist Structured Insulated Panel (SIP) solutions provider. We are the only business in the UK to design, engineer, manufacture, deliver and install their own system, We are based up in Coventry where we have our Head Office and our manufacturing facility. We are also part of the Osborne Group so have the ability to leverage support whilst being able to take a personalised and innovative approach to the work that we do.

The Opportunity


To support the growth of the business and to help deliver a full order book, we are currently recruiting for passionate and committed talent to join our manufacturing operation. The role you carry out may vary from day to day from helping on the production line, to getting products packaged and ready to be delivered to our site teams to working with our logistics team. Whatever you do, you will be making an important contribution to the success of our business. We will be there to help develop your skills both through on the job training and more formalised learning.
