The Opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Training Manager to join us to support our Property Services business. This is a newly created position and will be responsible for leading and managing the Learning and Development (L&D) function within the Osborne Property Services Limited (OPSL) business.  You will take accountability for ensuring we are enabling learning through contemporary methods and technology, working closely with the Group function to deliver new learning programmes and create content.  In addition, you will oversee the apprenticeship programmes and manage the apprenticeship levy.  You will also support the People Director in delivering the People Strategy to the OPSL business.  


This role can be based at any one of our OPSL office including Slough, Hemel Hempstead, Winchester or Littlehampton.  


What are we looking for?

We are keen to speak to candidates who have had previous experience in a similar role, leading an L&D function with expertise in learning and performance platforms and digital learning.  You will have knowledge of organisational development and learning theories to support business change, learning, development and engagement.  You will have a strong commercial focus with the ability to set and manage budgets.  In addition to the above prior experience, you will be motivated to lead on creating a new function within the business, whilst developing excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
