We operate mainly within London and the South East focussing on the Education, Residential and Commercial markets with projects typically ranging in value from £5m through to £60m.

The Opportunity

Due to maternity leave, we are currently looking for an Assistant Proposals Manager to join our Construction business for a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will form part of the Proposals team who are integral to our work winning objective and will provide hands on support to the Proposals Manager, whilst working closely with the wider Pre-Construction Team to produce PQQ’s, tenders, presentations and other associated materials.

The role will be based on a hybrid working arrangement of time split mainly between home and the Reigate office.

 
What are we looking for?

 

We are looking for someone who has experience of supporting the putting together of bids and proposals and is able to work in a planned and effective manner in a time sensitive environment. You will possess excellent writing skills and if you have experience of using InDesign that would be ideal. You will enjoy working with others in a collaborative manner and be able to find out information through effective questioning and also by searching for relevant online digital information.
