The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join us on a 3 month basis to support our contract with Arun District Council.  You will be required to undertake administrative tasks for the repairs department, supporting the successful delivery of the repairs function, providing first class customer service and liaising with tenants and operatives to scheduling in works.  This is a busy and varied role and there may be additional ad hoc duties required. 

 
What are we looking for?

We are interested in speaking to candidates who have had previous experience in administration and data entry and it would be ideal if this was in a social housing setting.  As you will be representing Osborne and being the first point of contact for tenants you will be required to have excellent customer service skills and be very passionate about providing excellent care.  You will also be highly IT literate with excellent attention to detail.
