Innovare Systems are a specialist Structured Insulated Panel (SIP) solutions provider. We are the only business in the UK to design, engineer, manufacture, deliver and install their own system, We are based up in Coventry where we have our Head Office and our manufacturing facility. We are also part of the Osborne Group so have the ability to leverage support whilst being able to take a personalised and innovative approach to the work that we do.

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our business as a Bid Manager. The role has been created due to growth and will be a key component in helping Innovare reach and exceed its business targets. The role will report into our Director who oversees work winning activities and be responsible for ensuring that new business opportunities are managed both through the development of customer relationships, and then the delivery of excellent proposals that meet the requirements of the customer.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Bid Manager who has good working knowledge of the Construction industry. If you have experience of off-site solutions that would be ideal but core to success in the role will be the ability build relationships and a tenacity and drive to ensure that any proposal delivered is well structured, of the highest quality and gives the business the best chance of success. You will have excellent writing skills and be able to draw on various resources both internally and externally ensuring that we always meet deadlines.
