Innovare is the market leader in using panelised offsite techniques to simplify the construction process and deliver exemplar buildings.

Innovare Systems are a specialist Structured Insulated Panel (SIP) solutions provider. We are the only business in the UK to design, engineer, manufacture, deliver and install their own system. We are based up in Coventry where we have our Head Office and our manufacturing facility. We are also part of the Osborne Group so have the ability to leverage support whilst being able to take a personalised and innovative approach to the work that we do.

The Opportunity


We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join the business. The role will support the business in using data and applications to drive better decision making. The Business Analyst will:

  • Manage application design and delivery of data processes, applications and KPI performance statistics.
  • Ensure applications are being used effectively and developments / changes are managed to ensure effective service delivery (liaising with users, suppliers, and customers)
  • Streamline processes and data that the business needs to improve the effectiveness of service delivery.
What are we looking for?


You will have experience of working with Applications and be able to use them to drive out meaningful data that can be utilised by the business. You will have working knowledge and a keen interest in systems across either Manufacturing, Engineering or Construction and then be able to work with various teams to use the data to create better practical business outcomes. You will be able to communicate effectively and coherently with technical and non technical teams, and be willing to listen and support those teams through both your knowledge and approach, showing commitment and adaptability at all times.
